Unexpectedly though, eggs showed up on the lawn where they hadn't been when we got there. So the Bunny must have come and left them so the kids could have an Easter egg hunt. They were surprised and thrilled. They practically screamed our ear drums our and booked it as fast as they could outside!

Easter!
Easter weekend was full of fun! We dyed eggs. Even Sawyer "helped", he threw in the eggs in one color(splashing it everywhere) and then the next and the next....he had camo eggs :)
Jarrin and Keeley love this part because their fingers turn colors.
So this was the beginning of the bunny maze. Jarrin was begging me to tell the Easter Bunny to get him these dogs with the hard leash so he can "walk" them around. So the Easter Bunny heard ;) The Easter Bunny decided to make it more interesting and fun this year. The Bunny and partner took 1 ball of yarn each and intertwined it all around the downstairs to get to where their baskets were hiding. Under, over and through things. It was fun!
The hall and part living room view...
Kitchen view...............

Keeley wrapping up the yarn trail she was following.
Jarrin going under and in between........
Jarrin's was in the entertainment center.
Jarrin had to help Keeley because it was wrapped all weird. The Easter helper, that wasn't thrilled about doing the extra work got way into it, imagine that! :o hahaha! He was having fun!
Keeley was too busy jabbering that it took her quite a while to get to hers! She kept going on about how crazy the bunny was and what a mess it made!
Sawyer was another story though! He woke up a big crab. He didn't want to follow his yarn so he just threw himself on the floor and cried until Jarrin and Keeley showed him his candy :)
Then all was well!
They loved the chocolate dipped egg shaped crispy treats with sprinkles, and they all said it was the "bestest, most funnest" Easter they ever had. Why I asked. It was all the yarn they told me :) Brad said they were lucky that I was in charge. It would have just ended up in the living room in the middle of the floor. :) Funny guy. He already is plotting the crazy maze for next year.
We also made all sorts of Easter crafts and enjoyed a peaceful day of Conference and understanding more about why we celebrate Easter!
I just love his scrunched smile!
Later on, went next door to Nana and Papa Browns to enjoy a wonderful Easter dinner together with them and Grandma Brown. I am telling you, I have the best In law family!! They are GREAT! The dinner was amazingly delicious as usual.

It was a wonderful day. How blessed to have such a loving Heavenly Father and a wonderful Savior who sacrificed his life for all of us so that we could return to live with them again as an Eternal Family!! I am so thankful for the Atonement, and for such a great family!!

What a cute idea for hiding the Easter baskets and I love the idea about the rice crispy eggs. Looks like a fun Easter.
