So Brad won a trip through United Heritage Insurance Company to go to Sun Valley Idaho for 4 days. It was SO much fun! We met some GREAT people and got to see some beautiful places. We left Thursday afternoon and flew to Boise, then took a shuttle to Sun Valley. The people that are the head of the company are very nice and took care of all 93 of us very well! I hope Brad qualifies for this trip every year! ;)
On Friday we ate lunch at the Golf Club.
This picture is outside of the Club with the smaller ski/snowboarding mountain in the background.

This was the entrance for the club.

This was outside of Sun Valley Inn where we stayed. Someone that works at the Hotel made this a few weeks earlier. I was cool!

I had to post this! I confess. If there is an animal statue around, Brad has to be the one to ride it ;) I love him! We have the most fun out of anyone I have ever known! We seriously laugh so much together and especially on this trip that our cheeks hurt! This was in
Ketchum, right outside of Sun Valley. We walked around there all Friday afternoon and evening. Such a nice and friendly place. Most stores we went into had a dog hanging out with them.

Us,
Awwwwww......

This was a huge chair. So you know.....we HAD to take a picture with someone sitting in it! After this we chose to walk back a mile and a half instead of taking the bus.
Hehehe, it ended up being a 3 mile walk since we took a wrong turn! We had some serious bonding time.

This was our pond with Swans and ducks outside of our Hotel.

On Saturday, we ate and went straight up to Baldy, the big mountain. We rode the gondola up to the very top. It was great
because they got 6 inches of fresh powder that night!

We were so excited to go
because with kids and jobs changes, we haven't gone snowboarding for at least 5 years!! I knew I was going to be sore....and I was!

Looking down into Sun Valley,
Ketchum and Hailey Idaho.

All geared up for the day.
Hahaha, just a smoochy, love picture after we were done with Baldy Mountain and waiting for the bus to Dollar Mountain to check out the terrain park. They had a rail slide jam going on at Dollar Mountain too. Sweet day...2 mountains in 1 day!

The wind was blowing so hard at the top of Dollar mountain that a kid in skis started going backwards !! 50 Mph wind gusts on the top!

That night we got cleaned up and got to have wagons take half of us up to Trail Creek Lodge to eat an AMAZING dinner! We had so much fun and met some more amazing and fun people!

Us again!
hehe, We don't have a lot of 'Us' pictures so this was a
great opportunity to get some.

On the way back the skies were clear and you could see all the stars..but....it was also very windy. So Brad and I and quite a few other people had to go under the wool blankets they had to keep ourselves from freezing.

So we had a great time and then we had to leave really early to shuttle to Boise and then fly home. It was so nice to be home! We really missed our kiddos! We had the kids staying with Mom and Dad-in-law and our great friend Shauna! They were amazing in helping us out !! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you everyone! What a blessing it was to go on this trip!!
